Tim has been a CR-FAIR Board member since the Fall of 2018 and currently serves as the organization's Treasurer. He previously worked with the BC Ministry of Advanced Education for the better part of 12 years, serving as a senior analyst working to evaluate and support new education training seats at the 25 Public Post-Secondary Institutions in B.C. Prior to that, Tim was a staff member with LifeCycles Project Society from 1997-2005, first serving
as the Community Entrepreneur program manager from 1998-2003, the GroundWorks Learning Centre co-manager from 2002-2004 and then as a co-director of the Society from 2003-2005; Tim later became a LifeCycles Board member, serving as it's Treasurer from 2012-2017. Tim’s favorite gardening activities include picking lots of tasty organic blueberries, heritage tomatoes, basil and lettuce in his backyard from May until the rains start in late October, and also working with his neighbors to team up and grow squash, beans, broccoli and potatoes in their nearby backyards! Tim really enjoys being part of the CR-FAIR team and hopes to see the “local
food for local people” connection grow much bigger in the years ahead in the Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island region.
